Gluten Free Stuffing Recipe

Yield: Stuffs a 15 - 20 lb bird

Ingredients

  • 2 Bags Vin-Chet Bakery Gluten Free Stuffing Cubes
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 Cups Chopped Celery
  • 1 Stick Butter (Softened)
  • 4 Eggs (Beaten)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Poultry Seasoning
  • 2-4 Cups Warmed Milk

Instructions

  1. Place stuffing cubes on a baking sheet and toast in oven at 250°F for 30 minutes.
  2. Allow to cool
  3. Toss stuffing cubes with onion & celery
  4. Add eggs to moisten
  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning to taste
  6. Add milk to desired consistency
  7. Place in buttered casserole dish
  8. Bake at 350°F degrees for 30-40 minutes
  9. Enjoy!

Gluten Free Tomato & Onion Pizza

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Yield: Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • Vin-Chet Bakery Gluten Free White Pizza
  • 1-2 Tomatoes Sliced
  • 1 White Onion Sliced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove white pizza from freezer or refrigerator and remove plastic film and board
  2. Add sliced tomatoes and onions to top of pizza
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over top of pizza
  4. Place pizza directly on clean oven surface
  5. Bake at 425°F for 14-16 minutes* or until the pizza is light golden brown in color.
  6. Enjoy!

Gluten Free Garlic Bread

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Vin-Chet Bakery Gluten Free Sub Rolls
  • Homemade or Vin-Chet Bakery Garlic Butter Base
  • Mozzarella or Cheese of Your Choice (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Slice each sub roll and place on baking sheet with the inside of the roll facing up
  2. Spread evenly with garlic butter base on each half
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top of the garlic butter (optional)
  4. Bake in oven for 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown in color
  5. Enjoy!
